Installing 32-bit SQL Server on 64-bit Windows
can be achieved by using a technology called Windows on Windows (WOW). Apparently performance sucks, so don't do it.
Hello, I'm a SQL Server Consultant DBA and Trainer. My specialities are performance tuning, replication, join theory and trouble-shooting. I try not to do these all at once, as it becomes a complete mess. Contact me at contact [AT] sequallity.co.uk about anything. Thanks.
